During the webinar, we will support you in defining your specific question.
We approach your specific question in several steps and take a close look behind your problem. Ideally, at the end of the webinar you will already have a question that you can then tackle with your colleagues or employees in our 3-day format in September 2025 with the support of coaches and potential new specialists.
We are happy to provide follow-up 1:1 coaching sessions or workshops with your team to address issues that require further support.

The ORCC is a recognized further training measure.
